Meet Andrea Vasquez
Career & Life Purpose Coach | Speaker | Author
I spent more than a decade in Client Success and tech, working across both leadership and individual contributor roles, supporting major enterprise clients, and helping startup organizations grow. Along the way, I learned firsthand that even a successful career doesn't always follow a straight line.
While still working in tech, I began coaching people in my community through career transitions simply because I loved helping people figure out what was next. That work eventually grew into workshops, speaking opportunities, and a new chapter of my own.
Today, I'm a certified Career and Life Purpose Coach and founder of The Clarity Framework. I blend practical career coaching with intuitive guidance to help professionals who feel stuck or misaligned get clear on what they actually want and confidently navigate their next chapter.
Speaking is another part of the work I love. I’m a Mindvalley-certified Speaker and have spoken at corporate events, conferences, and schools.
I’m also a co-author of the upcoming book Transform Your Life, where I share more of my personal career journey and the philosophy behind my work.

What do you mean by “intuitive guidance”?
Intuitive guidance is another source of insight we can bring into our coaching conversations alongside practical career strategy. That might mean paying attention to your gut instincts, patterns or energy around different possibilities, or using intuitive tools to explore something from another perspective. You don't need any previous experience with intuitive practices.
Do I have to be spiritual to work with you?
No. You simply need to be open to the idea that not every meaningful career decision comes from logic alone. We'll keep the work grounded in your goals, circumstances and what feels useful to you.
Are you going to tell me what career I should choose?
My role isn't to make the decision for you. I'll help you explore your options, uncover what may be keeping you stuck and bring both practical and intuitive perspectives into the conversation so you can make a decision you feel confident in.
What if I have no idea what I want to do next?
That's completely okay. You don't need to arrive with a career path already in mind. In fact, getting clear on what you actually want can be a big part of our work together.
Can you still help with practical things like LinkedIn, résumés and interviews?
Yes. My approach goes deeper than traditional career services, but practical career strategy is still an important part of my background and coaching. When it supports your next step, we can work on positioning, LinkedIn Optimization, résumés, interviewing and communicating your value.
